Our client, a well known full service law firm is looking to recruit an NQ solicitor to their established commercial property team. The team acts for a wide range of clients including developers, retail & leisure operators, retailers, banks, educational providers and public bodies. As an NQ in their established commercial real estate team, your role will cover advising on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition & disposal, sale & purchase and commercial leasing. Applicants must have gained commercial property experience during their traineeship and be keen to pursue their PQ career in this sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join the commercial property department of this innovative, family friendly, legal practice.
