The Saudi Growth Market Analyst will be responsible for driving and coordinating the regional strategy within Saudi Arabia to foster growth across Baker Hughes’ portfolio solutions. The role involves working across various functions and regions, developing robust relationships, and ensuring alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives, particularly focusing on key partners such as the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the Ministry of Energy, and other significant stakeholders in the energy sector. The Analyst will also serve as a key point of contact for strategic partnerships and localization initiatives within the Kingdom.
As Saudi Growth Market Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Developing and execute a strategic plan for key accounts and growth opportunities within Saudi Arabia, focusing on long-term expansion in alignment with the Kingdom’s energy goals and localization strategy.
- Building deep relationships with industry and government entities such as the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the Ministry of Energy, and other major stakeholders like Aramco and Maaden. Understand their strategic objectives and ensure Baker Hughes’ solutions align with their goals.
- Identifying and capture growth opportunities by working closely with product companies, utilizing white space analysis and developing sound business cases for new products/services or modifications.
- Collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to shape and promote innovative commercial models tailored to Saudi Arabia’s market needs.
- Acting as the focal point for local content programs such as IKTVA, ensuring Baker Hughes meets or exceeds national localization requirements in collaboration with PIF and the Ministry of Energy.
- Partner with Baker Hughes’ leadership to ensure alignment with PIF’s investment priorities and the Ministry of Energy’s national energy strategy, positioning the company as a key partner in the Kingdom’s growth.
- Leading and participate in cross-functional teams across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East to achieve regional growth objectives.
- Ensure Baker Hughes’ strong brand presence and image within Saudi Arabia by collaborating with marketing teams and key stakeholders.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college
- Have minimum 3+ years of experience in industry-related engineering, sales and/or marketing including minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Show good analytical skills and proven capabilities to develop Business Cases
- Have proven experience in Strategy, Product Leadership, Commercial, Engineering, Project Manager within Industrial sector.
- Have good verbal and written skills. Be fluent in English.
