The role of Offshore Manager is a critical position within Subsea7’s leadership team offshore, reporting directly to either the Project Manager, Vessel Manager or POM. This position offers a unique opportunity for professionals seeking growth and development, particularly for those who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

We are seeking candidates who want to understand the environment in which we operate in and support effective delivery of our offshore projects, building effective and trusting two-way relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a desire to develop yourself, building individual effectiveness and capability to change and deliver.

Applicants will need to have relevant academic qualifications, experience on similar role on renewable projects and working on Jack-up vessel/rig. They should also hold valid Offshore Survival certificates and Offshore Medical suitable for geographical area of work.
