We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in Aberdeen for an exciting hybrid opportunity. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch engineering services while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days working from home).

Responsibilities as a Senior Electrical Engineer:

  • Deliver high-quality electrical engineering services within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Manage project requirements effectively, ensuring clarity and compliance with change management processes.
  • Provide guidance during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including technical bid evaluations and purchase orders.
  • Act as the electrical engineering Lead if required, overseeing project teams and ensuring deliverables meet requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in electrical engineering and provide support to junior team members when needed.

Key Experience Needed: To excel in this Electrical Engineer role, you’ll need:

  • Strong technical and practical engineering skills, with a focus on delivering quality work.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and relevant standards.
  • Proficiency in electrical engineering software and the MS Office Suite.
  • Substantial experience in electrical engineering within relevant industries, including multidisciplinary project work.

Requirements:

  • Recognized engineering degree.
  • Preferred: Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
