This role leads and directs cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined projects on time, maintaining budget and delivering quality results. The Project Director (PD) plan, organize, monitor, and oversee one specific Customer facing SPS Projects to meet defined requirements or business specifications.
As a Project Director, you will be responsible for:
- Ultimately accountable for project execution – HSE, Quality, delivery and financial performance
- Organizing, managing and controlling the overall project, both within the Baker Hughes SPS organization and towards the Customer
- Ensuring that the project objectives, project schedules and budgets are established, followed and met
- Building and leading a global project team in a complex matrix organization
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have demonstrable experience in Project and Contract Management with execution of large capital projects, within Oil & Gas or Subsea businesses.
- Possess a Project management certification/ Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
- Possess overall Subsea Production System knowledge – XTs, Controls System, Subsea Structures, Flexibles
- Be able to lead a multifunctional team setting clear objectives in the execution of all project requirements, Quality, Safety, and compliance to processes throughout the project life
- Be bilingual or converse in different languages (Bahasa Indonesia, English or Italian)
